New Settlement Community Campus. Bronx

The New Settlement Community Campus offers a unique model for school development. Through a partnership between Settlement Housing Fund, the New York City Department of Education, and the School Construction Authority, this new campus includes three new schools: a Primary School, an Intermediate/High School, a program for children with special needs, and a Community Center. The schools serve 1,163 students, while the integrated campus also provides a community theater. Highlights of the school include a competition gymnasium, 350-seat auditorium, library/technology hub, cafeteria, and outdoor play yards.
