The New Settlement Community Campus was shaped by a uniquely collaborative design process between ESKW/Architects and Dattner Architects. Throughout the schematic design phase, the two offices swapped schemes — a bold move that challenged us to release our own pre-conceptions and reimagine the schemes through another lens.

As Kimberly Murphy reflected: “It made us embrace the design as a collaborative process, and the building benefitted from the process. I think it was a real growth moment for all involved.”
