Introducing River II

We’re excited to share River II, a 20-story, 288,000 SF mixed-use building in development with @communityaccessinc and Blue Sky Bronx! Sited alongside the elevated MTA tracks and adjacent to Community Access’ recently completed River I, River II will provide 292 affordable and supportive units. Apartment options include studios, 2BRs, and 3BRs—with 173 apartments reserved for formerly homeless individuals and families as well as veterans with disabilities. The building also features 20,200 SF of street-level commercial space, vibrant resident amenities, and lush terraces that promotes wellness, connection, and community.
