Meet our Architectural Designer Tiffany Gong

A Brooklyn native, Tiffany Gong spent her formative years exploring New York City’s diverse neighborhoods, museums, and cultural institutions—experiences that sparked an early appreciation for the built environment and its role in shaping community life. She later moved to Chicago to pursue a degree in fine arts, where she deepened her understanding of how shared spaces, civic engagement, and grassroots activism foster strong, resilient communities.

Tiffany returned to New York to earn her Master of Architecture from the Spitzer School of Architecture at City College. After her first year of graduate studies, she joined ESKW/Architects as a part-time intern, where she quickly immersed herself in the intricacies of designing for nonprofit and public sector clients. Now a full-time Architectural Designer, she is working with Cypress Hills Development Corp (CHDC) and the Acacia Network to rehabilitate multi-family buildings to restore them to their proper use and condition. Through these projects, she’s recognized the importance of maintaining critical infrastructure in the city.

Tiffany is most inspired by architecture’s potential to transform the way people live and interact with their surroundings. While developing the interior finishes for the now-completed 3K-523M, she came to appreciate how even subtle design choices can make a meaningful impact. Whether working on large-scale developments or small interior details, Tiffany is passionate about creating thoughtful, human-centered spaces.

Outside of work, she enjoys refurbishing furniture and interiors, drawing, and experimenting with new recipes.
