River Avenue Apartments II Breaks Ground

We are thrilled to share our latest groundbreaking! River Avenue Apartments II for Community Access broke ground yesterday, commencing construction on the $225M development in the West Concourse neighborhood of the Bronx. Once completed, the project will provide 292 affordable homes, including 173 supportive units with access to on-site supportive services.

It’s a pleasure to work alongside Community Access, Blue Sky Bronx, and Mega Contracting Group once again. With vital support from NYS Homes and Community Renewal, the NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance, and NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, nearly 300 families will soon have a place to call home.

Residents will include veterans, those living with mental health challenges, and formerly homeless New Yorkers. We can’t wait to see this community come to life. Follow along as construction progresses!
