Weeksville Place Ribbon Cutting

We’re proud to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Weeksville Place—a new 8-story, 45-unit affordable housing development in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, designed by ESKW/Architects and co-developed by Settlement Housing Fund and The Beechwood Organization.

The building provides housing for extremely low-income seniors, households leaving shelters, and other low- to moderate-income New Yorkers. With energy-efficient systems, a landscaped rear yard, supportive services by Jericho Project, and sweeping skyline views, Weeksville Place is a model for sustainable, multi-generational housing in NYC.

We’re grateful to our partners and speakers, including HPD (@nychousing ), CPC, Richman Housing Resources, and Brooklyn Borough leadership, for helping bring this thoughtful community to life.
