918 East New York is an 8-story building providing high quality affordable and supportive housing. As a result of the area's rezoning, the structure was the tallest on the block at the time of completion

Although Archer Green stands 23 stories high at the north tower and 20 stories high at the south tower, bright corridors and daylit apartments ensure a sense of openness even on the highest floors.

The new construction project will be eight (8) stories and will provide 45 units of affordable family and senior housing. We can’t wait to see it completed in 2024!
