We partnered with The Bridge and NYS Homes and Community Renewal on 1559 Boone Avenue, a 49,000 SF, 8-story building providing 65 affordable, supportive, and senior studio units in the Crotona Park area of the Bronx

Organized through a structured co-op, all 70 new units will be affordable to workforce households in perpetuity.

With our own co-op residential project underway, we’re diving into our archives for inspiration.

This diagrammatic section perspective highlights the public gathering spaces on the ground floor.

These unique spaces—featured every two floors from the 1st to the 6th—are designed to connect residents and foster a sense of community.

he herringbone and chevron patterning in the rainscreen panel has been revealed, while the brick façade highlights our signature “nudged” detailing—also seen on Myrtle Avenue.

At 3500 Park Avenue, glazed partitions between the lobby and communal spaces create a seamless flow, fostering connection and a welcoming sense of openness.
