Bryant Avenue: Community Access’s First Passive House Project

1465 Bryant Avenue will be the first Passive House Certified residential building for the nonprofit housing provider Community Access. The 70-unit, 9-story building will be designated as affordable, supportive, and Affordable Independent Residence for Seniors (AIRS). In a combined interest in sustainability and quality housing, the building will be highly energy efficient with an emphasis on sustainably sourced materials.
