Coney Landing Breaks Ground!

We were honored to join Settlement Housing Fund and Mega Contracting Group at the groundbreaking of Coney Landing.

This new 15-story development will provide 178 affordable apartments, including 106 supportive, LGBTQ+ affirming homes with on-site services by Jericho Project. Designed to achieve Passive House certification and powered in part by geothermal energy systems, the project reflects a shared commitment to resilient, sustainable, and inclusive housing for New Yorkers.
