Introducing 1545 Jerome Avenue

We’re excited to share a new project in the works! Located in the Mount Eden neighborhood of the Bronx, 1545 Jerome Avenue will be a 12-story, 167,800 SF mixed-use development co-developed by Services for the Underserved (S:US), Joy Construction, and Blue Sky Development.

Designed as an inclusive, multigenerational community, the building will offer 223 affordable and supportive housing units (studio, 2BR and 3BR) alongside commercial spaces that will bring amenities to the neighborhood. In line with the City of Yes for Housing Opportunity, the design was recently updated to include additional height and more homes.
