Topping Off at the Earl Monroe New Renaissance Basketball School!

On May 29, the traditional topping off celebration was held at the Earl Monroe New Renaissance Basketball School. The event officially marks a major milestone in the construction of this visionary high school built entirely around the game of basketball and its related industries.

After years of planning and design, the topping-off ceremony acknowledges the complex structural design and kicks off the final phase of construction and brings us one step closer to opening in early 2026. As Design Architect, ESKW/Architects is proud to collaborate with EMNRBS Founder and Board of Trustees President Dan Klores, Tri-Star Construction President & CEO, and EMNRBS Board of Trustees Vice-Chair Jack Irushalmi, Pillar Property Management, IMC Architecture, JV Construction & Consulting, CityScape Engineering, and Brisa Builders.
