Developed for Project Renewal, Bedford Green House (BGH) is a two-phase, two-building development on a through-lot between Jerome and Creston Avenues, envisioned as a sustainable, socially integrated, intergenerational community. Together, its 234 apartments serve families, seniors, and individuals within a mixed-income, mixed-population community connected by biophilic amenities that promote healthy living. The project also extends its impact outward through a public playground at Bedford Green House I and a 2,200 SF community health clinic at the ground floor of Bedford Green House II.
