Senior Project Manager, Winnie Moy, Elevated to Sustainability Lead
We’re pleased to share that Senior Project Manager Winnie Moy, AIA, LEED AP BD+C has been elevated to ESKW/A’s Sustainability Lead!
Winnie has played a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s sustainability initiatives across projects, research, and advocacy. As Project Manager for the Barbara Kleiman Men’s Shelter, she helped advance the building’s sustainable strategies and presented the project at the NYC Decarb Summit, contributing to a broader dialogue on equitable, low-carbon solutions for supportive housing.
Winnie has also helped position the firm at the forefront of state-led climate action, collaborating with sustainability team member Schuyler Klein and our marketing team on submissions to the NYSERDA Early Design Support Program. In parallel, she and our in-house sustainability group work to advance ESKW/A’s AIA 2030 Commitment, helping shape our action plan to reduce operational and embodied carbon across our portfolio.
Beyond sustainability, Winnie is a deeply engaged leader within the office. She is a core member of our Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Group, where she organizes client interviews, supports internal learning, and strengthens our connections to emerging designers through the NOMA HBCU Professional Development Program.
Winnie’s impact is wide-ranging, thoughtful, and deeply aligned with our mission. We’re grateful for her leadership and excited for what’s ahead!
