Bedford Green House II Opens!

We were proud to join Project Renewal to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of Bedford Green House II, a 17-story, LEED Gold–certified building providing 116 new supportive and affordable homes in Bedford Park.

Bedford Green House II continues Project Renewal’s vision of creating housing that fosters health, dignity, and opportunity. Nearly half of the apartments are reserved for older adults, forming an intergenerational community with access to a medical clinic, library, and community spaces that support holistic well-being.
Together with Bedford Green House I, this two-building initiative now provides 233 homes for individuals and families overcoming homelessness.

We recently photographed the completed building and are excited to share a first look at the new images in the coming weeks.
