Despite the steeply sloped and irregularly shaped site, we’ve ensured that the interior spaces at Baez Place are thoughtfully designed to provide ample access to natural daylight.

A glazed stair tower does more than connect floors—it enhances safety, brings in natural light, and creates a striking architectural statement.

Each floor features two sleeping wings, accommodating 31-36 beds per wing, with dorm rooms thoughtfully arranged to hold 5-20 beds each.
